Can you tell us about the creation process?
I used photoshop. It was made in my room on discord with tola and kobbi. We did the bulk of the work in like one night cuz of super tight turnaround.
Any tips on working under an extremely fast turnaround?
try go get the most out of the client in what they want as there isn’t a lot of time to make various directions so try and hone the client on a vision you can agree on early as possible.secondly try your hardest to build out the composition and structure of the work, make it your goal to not focus on small bits, this is literally the worst time to be perfectionist and the best time to get as much done as possible - leave all that little bitty stuff till the end.just try your hardest to commit to an idea and full send it once the client is happy with direction u r going
What do you start with when you make a poster?
when starting a poster i like to think a lot about the text and how i want people to receive the message of the text- so that would be layout colour and typefaces, i then like to build out imagery around that - sometimes vice a versa - so i pick with which i want people to engage with most then start from there
How did you get into graphic design?
i got into graphic design as 12 year old kid playing minecraft and wanting to become a youtuber, it all began when trying to create a banner art and profile pic for my minecraft house building tutorial channel as well as my obsession with playing logo games where you have to guess the logo with parts of it missing
